What was the best part of those arguments... was it just being loud and wrong, or the thrill of figuring it out together?

My friend and I once spent an hour debating how to get to a restaurant before we both realized the map was upside down. The best part wasn't being right, it was finally laughing at how dumb we were together. Those messy talks where you're both wrong force you to slow down and actually listen. You stop trying to win and start trying to solve the actual problem, which is way better.
