Hit 200 different houseplants before I even noticed

I was organizing my plant shelf last weekend and decided to count everything. Turns out I had 200 different species of houseplants in my apartment. I didn't set out to reach any number, it just happened over 4 years of collecting. Most of them are tropicals from a nursery in Tampa I keep going back to. Anybody else accidentally hit a big milestone without planning it?

Hold on man, 200 different species? You gotta look at some of those plants and really ask yourself if theyre actually that different. I bet some of them are just the same kind of plant with a slightly different color leaf or something the nursery slapped a fancy name on. You mighta hit a big number but half of em probably look the same as each other when you aint showing them off. Not saying its not impressive exactly, but I think youre giving yourself a little too much credit for just buying a ton of stuff.

Haha yeah man I've got like 50 succulents and half are basically the same plant with a different name.
