My 60 dollar bone folder purchase from 2008 finally bit the dust

I picked up a Teflon bone folder at a shop in Portland back when I was still learning, and it lasted me through hundreds of books before cracking this morning during a difficult spine fold. Has anyone else had luck switching to a different material like nylon or micarta for folders?

Try wrapping it in leather for grip.
