An old binder in Portland told me my headbands were too tight
He said it was stressing the spine, so I started leaving a tiny bit of slack, maybe 1/8 inch. Has anyone else had a mentor point out a small habit that made a big difference?

Portland binder guys are the ultimate nitpickers, aren't they? It's wild how a tiny bit of slack can actually feel better. Guess we all need that one person to point out the obvious thing we're missing.
