Hot take: The Great Gatsby is actually overrated" - I think calling it overrated kind of misses the point. It's a short book that says a lot about class and the American dream in just a few pages. Not saying you have to love it, but it earns its place for how tight and focused it is.

Wait, you actually think Gatsby is overrated? @thomas_johnson35 I mean, the book's like 180 pages and says more about money and class than most 600-page novels ever do.
