Vent: neon orange trim on a beige house in Phoenix stopped me mid-delivery
I was dropping off a package off Camelback Road last Tuesday and this house had burnt orange neon around every window against a flat beige stucco. At first glance it felt like a mistake, but the reflections at sunset made the whole place glow like a lantern, and I actually pulled over to take a photo. It got me thinking about how the same combo on a cloudy day or under flat lighting would probably look like a traffic cone disaster, but in that heat and light it somehow worked. Has anyone else seen a color clash that only makes sense in a specific city or time of day, or am I just staring too long into the sun?
