Peach and lime green can work, but only at the right ratio

I've seen a dozen logos this year use peach with lime green and every one looked like a melted sherbet mess. The trick I found after testing about 20 swatches for a client in Portland is to keep lime to under 15% of the visual space, like an accent on a button or a small underline. When the peach dominates, the combo reads fresh instead of chaotic, and it actually passed contrast checks on their storefront signage. Anyone else found a ratio that makes a usually ugly pairing click, or is this one just doomed?
