Neon pink walls in a Miami tattoo shop split my brain
Walked into a studio on Calle Ocho last month and the whole place was hot pink with electric green chairs. Half my portfolio pieces looked dead against that setup, but the artist's own flash popped like crazy. Does a bold background make weak designs look worse, or does it just expose which ones never had a backbone?
