Vent: dropped $175 on a 'certified' tube expander that wallowed out two headers
Bought a tube expander off a tool truck in Gary three weeks ago, guy swore it was the same model the refinery crews use. First header job, the rollers bit crooked and hogged out two tube seats before I caught it. Had to cut both tubes out and redo the whole bank, and the expander shop won't take it back since I 'used it.' What are you guys running for expanding, and does anyone actually get a tool truck to honor a warranty?

Tool truck warranty is a joke, but those cheap expanders always walk, get a rigid one next time.
