Used a 2x4 and a ratchet strap to get a boiler section into a tight spot in Vancouver

We were trying to fit a 12-foot section into a basement with a 7-foot door opening, and the crane truck couldn't get close. My buddy Mike joked we should just 'walk it in' with a lever. We put a 2x4 under one end, hooked a strap to an I-beam, and cranked it. It actually pivoted the whole thing up and in without a scratch. Anyone ever try something that dumb that actually worked?

Pyramids had whole crews with math and planning, not a 2x4 and a prayer.

That's basically how they built the pyramids, just with less paperwork.
