Hot take: I thought 'The Last of Us' was just another zombie show

I finally watched the first episode in Denver last month and the scene with the neighbor's dog completely changed my mind. That one detail made the whole world feel terrifyingly real. Anyone else get hooked by a specific moment like that?

Yeah that dog scene was brutal. Read an interview where they said they trained it to act "playful" right up until the attack. Made it way more messed up.

Wait they trained the dog to act playful first? That's so messed up, @blair_butler47. I didn't know that detail. It makes the whole scene way more cruel and scary.
