Binged The Wire in 2 weeks and now nothing else feels worth starting

I picked The Wire over watching the new season of some Netflix crime drama, and now I'm stuck comparing every show to it, has anyone else ruined their watchlist by starting with the best first?

Watched it expecting it to be overhyped honestly, I used to think people were just being dramatic about it. But yeah, it completely wrecked my standards for TV. Now every crime show feels like they're just copying what The Wire did but way worse. It's hard to get invested when you know there's a whole other level of storytelling out there. Idk if I'll ever find another show that feels that real.

Bodie's whole arc man, from season 1 to the end, that's the kind of character writing I've never seen since. Every cop and dealer felt like someone I'd actually run into on the street. The show ruined me for anything with a clean ending or a tidy moral lesson.
