Saw a rack of 12 bikes at a REI in Portland and half the headsets were loose from the floor
Stopped in to grab some housing last Tuesday and killed time squeezing headset caps on the display floor. At least 6 of them rocked back and forth, and one fork was so bad the front wheel flopped to the side when I lifted it by the saddle. Who builds these up, and do the builders get any actual torque spec training or is it just whoever is free that morning?
