Found a weird trick for stuck bottom brackets on old steel frames
I was wrestling with a seized BB on a 1970s Raleigh in my shop for an hour, then a guy from Portland told me to spray PB Blaster inside the seat tube and let it sit overnight. The next day it came out with just a normal wrench, no breaker bar needed. Has anyone else tried this or do you just torch everything?

Torching it is faster and you know it's done right.

Guess you've never had to scrape off half a deck cause you torched it too hot and turned it into a charcoal grill. Faster doesn't always mean better when you're fixing your own mistakes later. But hey, you do you, I'll stick with my stripper and a scraper while I sip my coffee.
