Checked out that new bike shop in Portland and their workbench setup is wild

They had three full tool boards but every single wrench was a different brand, nothing matched. It looked cool but I can't imagine finding the right size fast during a rush. How do you guys organize your bench tools for speed?

I heard someone say recently that experienced tradespeople can often judge sizes within a millimeter just by looking at a bolt or a screw. After thirty years of working with my hands, I think there's real truth to that kind of practiced eye. Measuring every time would just slow you down when you already know exactly what you're reaching for.
