Been debating freehub body standards for a decade now
Back in 2014 I was all for Shimano's HG splines because they were everywhere, but in the last 2 years I've seen three customers snap their cassettes into the freehub body under hard pedaling. Are the new MicroSpline designs actually stronger, or is this just another way to sell us new wheels?

What kind of bikes were those three customers riding when it happened?

Oh come on, is that really the first detail that matters here? Three people on the same day, all with the same type of bike, sounds more like a coincidence than a pattern. Unless you're thinking the bike brand caused the whole thing, which would be pretty wild. Did you see any of them try to brake or react before the crash, or are you just fishing for a brand to blame?
