Update: That 'pro' barber cape I bought online for $75 is a total joke.

Saw an ad for a heavy duty cape with 'industrial snaps' and a neck strip pocket. Figured it was a good upgrade for my chair. The snaps popped off the first time a client moved their head, and the fabric feels like a cheap plastic tablecloth. I'm out the money and had to go back to my old cape mid-day. Has anyone found a cape that actually holds up without costing a fortune?

Hey @thomas587, you're right and it's because the good stuff gets buried! The search and social media ads are all pushing the same mass-produced things to everyone. You gotta dig way deeper into forums or small shops to find quality now.
