The day I realized I was drowning my clippers in oil instead of a few drops
I used to just dump a bunch of clipper oil on the blades every morning, thinking more meant smoother cuts, and my tools kept getting gummed up after like 3 months. Then a retired barber named Pete walked into my shop in Austin and pointed out I was just attracting hair and dust, not lubricating. Anyone else think they were doing it right for years and then had a customer or old-timer set them straight in like 30 seconds?
