My clippers died mid-fade on a paying customer Tuesday

I was halfway through a skin fade on my regular client Dave when my Wahl Magic Clips just stopped. Like dead silent. No warning, no slow down. I had to finish the whole cut with my backup trimmers and a straight razor. Took me 45 extra minutes and Dave was cool about it but I was sweating bullets. Anyone else have their main clippers fail at the worst possible time?

Wait, your Wahl just DIED mid-fade with no warning? Ngl that's my actual nightmare. I'd be panicking way harder than you sound, props for keeping it together.

Barely kept it together because I was too busy wondering if my cheap backup clippers would hold up.
