My clipper blades started pulling hair halfway through a Tuesday shift

I was doing a fade on a regular at my shop in Austin around 3pm. Halfway through the top, my Andis blade started catching and pulling instead of cutting clean. Client didn't say anything but I could feel him flinch. I stopped, hit the blade with a quick spray of Cool Care, wiped it down, and it cut fine for the rest of the job. After he left I took the blade off and found a tiny hair jammed up under the cutting edge. Now I check and clean my blades between every head, not just at the end of the day. Anyone else deal with blades acting up mid-cut?

Man I read a while back that even a single hair trapped under the blade can cause that pulling issue.

100 bucks says it was my luck to have the one hair that ruins everything.
