Lost a $300 clipper blade during a house call last Saturday
I had a mobile appointment in Brooklyn and between packing up I must have dropped my Wahl fade blade somewhere on the sidewalk - anyone else had trouble keeping track of small tools when you're working outside your shop?

Man I dropped a $200 trimmer attachment in a customer's backyard last summer and didn't find it until three weeks later when they texted me a photo of it rusting under their porch. Maybe it's just me but sidewalk grates and tall grass seem to have a magnetic pull for expensive clipper blades. At least your loss funded somebody's lucky day with a free premium fade blade.

Three weeks is actually impressive it didn't get mowed over or sucked into a lawn vac. My buddy lost a Wahl Magic Clip blade in a leaf pile once and didn't find it until spring when he was cleaning up the garden. The rust was so bad the teeth looked like they had melted together. At least that blade was only 40 bucks not 200 so congrats on getting yours back even if it was a little worse for wear.
