I stopped using clippers on the neckline and my fades got way cleaner
I kept getting complaints about little red bumps on the back of the neck after a fresh fade. A barber in Dallas showed me to use a trimmer with a 0.5 guard and go down instead of up, then finish with a foil shaver. Did that for 3 weeks on 40 plus cuts and the irritation dropped way off. The foil gets closer than the clippers and doesn't pull the skin. Anyone else skip clippers on the neckline or do you still run them over it first?
