Hit 500 straight razor shaves last week and my hands finally stopped cramping

I keep a little log in my phone of every shave I do, just a tally mark. Last Thursday I hit 500 and I noticed something - my hands don't cramp up anymore after a long shave. When I first started out I could barely get through 3 or 4 shaves without my fingers locking up. Anyone else notice their hand strength just clicks after a certain number of shaves?

My tally system broke at 237 when my phone fell in the sink, so I started using an abacus I found at a garage sale. Now I just get distracted counting beads mid-shave.

Oh come on, you really keep a tally in your phone? That's a bit much, even for a hobby. I mean, congrats on 500 shaves I guess, but calling it a milestone feels like you're making a big deal out of something that's just... shaving.
