Guy in the chair said something 2 years ago that I still think about
Had a regular named Walt, retired pipefitter, sat in my chair every 5 weeks for a simple #2 on the sides and a taper in the back. One visit he looked at my station, at the combs and the clippers laid out, and said 'Son, you keep your tools cleaner than my whole shop ever was, that's why I drive past 3 other shops to get here.' I never asked him about it and he moved to Tulsa 2 years ago, but it stuck with me more than any tip he ever left. Do you all have a regular who said one thing that changed how you run your station?
