Thought parchment paper under my cookies was a waste, then a sheet pan in Nashville ruined 3 dozen
I skipped parchment for years because my grandma never used it, but after scraping a whole batch of snickerdoodles off a warped pan last Tuesday I'm a believer, so what's the one cheap baking habit you used to think was pointless?
