That simple buttercream frosting took me 6 hours to get right
Everyone says buttercream is the easiest thing to make but I spent a whole Saturday fighting with mine. It kept separating and looking greasy no matter what I did. Turns out my butter was too cold and I was adding the sugar too fast. Has anyone else had a basic recipe take way longer than it should have?
