Hit my 500th loaf of sourdough yesterday, never saw that number coming
When I started in 2018 I figured I'd maybe bake 20 loaves total, but yesterday's 500th one had the best ear I've ever gotten, so who else has a random milestone that snuck up on them and made the whole hobby feel worth it?
