Burned 60 croissants in a batch, turned them into bread pudding for a church sale in Fresno
My convection oven decided to run 50 degrees hot right before a bake sale, so I chopped up those hockey pucks, soaked them in custard with cinnamon, and people at St. Anne's bought every slice for $4, did I just solve bakery waste or create a new problem?
