My sourdough starter went nuts during a heatwave and I had to bake 40 loaves in two days

We had that crazy 95-degree spike here in Denver last week, and my kitchen got way too warm. My starter, which I've had for about 8 years, went into overdrive and doubled in size every 3 hours. I had to feed it constantly, and I ended up with so much discard I couldn't bear to waste it. I baked sourdough loaves, flatbreads, and crackers nonstop just to use it up, and my freezer is now full. Has anyone else had their starter go wild from a sudden temperature change, and what did you do with all the extra?

Guess you're the new sourdough bakery on the block now, huh?

My starter is basically a science experiment at this point. It's been bubbling on my counter for two weeks straight. Honestly, I'm just waiting for it to start its own Instagram account.
