The DMV kiosk in Austin made me renew my registration online from now on
I was at the DMV on Airport Blvd in Austin last Tuesday and tried to use the self service kiosk to renew my truck registration. The screen had two buttons right next to each other, one said "renew" and the other said "replace" and neither one had any padding between them. I tapped renew three times and kept hitting replace by mistake, which started a whole new process and locked the screen. A guy behind me in line said he gave up on that thing months ago and just mails his in now. Has anyone figured out a trick for those kiosks or do you all just skip them?
