That Tuesday when the DMV site logged me out 4 times in a row right before I hit submit
I spent 40 minutes on the California DMV site last Tuesday renewing my license, and the page kept logging me out while I was typing my address. The timer said I had 5 minutes left, but it dropped me at the 2 minute mark anyway, and every time I logged back in it made me redo the whole form from scratch. On my 4th try it finally worked, except it put my zip code in the city field and there was no way to fix it without starting over again. I ended up just mailing the paper form because I could not take one more round with that stupid timeout bar. Has anyone found a state site that actually saves your progress or is this just how it is everywhere now?
