Pro tip: the "cancel" button on my dentist's booking page actually books the appointment
I went to book a cleaning at a place in Sacramento two weeks ago and the site had a big green button for the day I wanted. I clicked it, then saw a "cancel" button on the confirm screen, so I clicked that instead. It booked me anyway, and I only found out when the reminder text showed up. I called and the front desk said other people run into it too, so I guess nobody there has clicked their own buttons. Has anyone else hit a site where the escape hatch does the exact opposite?
