Can we talk about a hotel booking site that hid the "confirm" button behind a scrolling banner?

Got burned by this exact thing last month and it flipped my whole take on booking sites. Used to figure hidden fees were just how it goes, but hiding the confirm button is a whole other level of shady. That banner thing should honestly be illegal.
