Set up my drum room in the shed and the 2 car garage beat it
I moved my kit and a small mixer out to the backyard shed last spring, spent about $400 on foam and a window AC, and my recordings actually came out flatter and boxier than what I used to get in the garage. Turns out the shed's thin walls let too much low end escape and the foam just killed whatever was left. Anyone else have a small wood shed that fought them on bass, or did I just over-foam the thing?
