Rant: My neighbor's 12x16 shed went from a junk pile to a legit office in 8 weeks.

He cleared everything out, insulated it, and ran a dedicated circuit from the house. Has anyone else seen a total turnaround like that, or is it usually a slower process?

Sounds like a total fluke to me. Most people start strong then let it sit half done for years. That shed probably had hidden problems he's not telling anyone about. Quick projects usually mean cutting corners somewhere. I'd bet money it falls apart in a year.

Honestly, that's a pretty cynical take. What makes you so sure he's hiding something? Maybe he just planned well and worked hard.

Cutting corners" is a big assumption lol. Some people are just good at getting stuff done fast. I've seen projects go quick when you have all the materials ready and a clear plan. Not everything has to be a drawn out mess.
