My neighbor's backyard studio in Seattle went up in a single weekend

Last month I watched them frame the whole 12x16 structure from Friday afternoon to Sunday night. They used a pre-cut kit from a company called Studio Shed and had three friends helping. It's wild how fast you can get a functional space now compared to when I built mine three years ago over six months of weekends. Anyone else seen these quick-build kits around their area?

Feel your pain on the old school build timeline. I spent basically all last summer cobbling together a garden shed from scratch, and it felt endless. Seeing those kits pop up so fast is kind of amazing but also makes me question all my life choices. I mean good for them, but yeah, it's a totally different world now.

My uncle put up a similar kit last fall and it was done before the leaves finished falling. It makes my old shed project look like a bad joke. The speed is just unreal now.
