Actually, read an article that said bad room acoustics can really mess with your focus and even stress levels. The science showed it's not just about sound quality but how your brain has to work harder. So yeah, fionalopez, maybe it is worth a little stress upfront.

I mean, that bit about your brain working harder is so true. I added some thick curtains and it helped my focus a lot.
