Nah, honestly that whole "fixing your headspace" thing is kinda oversold. It's not some magic switch that just flips and makes everything perfect. Real life is messy, and sometimes chasing that perfect mental state just sets you up to feel worse when things aren't sunshine all the time. Like, you can't just rely on one thing to do all the work for you.
