That $89 garage epoxy kit turned into a weekend of regret
Spent last Saturday in Fresno laying down that 'guaranteed' epoxy coating and it peeled right up where my truck tires sit, even after I followed the prep steps twice. Anyone else had this crap fail on them or did I just pick the worst brand on the shelf?

Man that sucks but you're not alone. Mine did the same thing and I found out the concrete was still letting off moisture, so the epoxy had nothing to grab onto. I grabbed a cheap moisture test kit from the hardware store, let the slab dry out a full week, then etched it with muriatic acid and used a real two part epoxy from a paint shop instead of the box store stuff. Two years later and it's still holding up under my tires.
