Swapped my plastic shed for a metal one and I'm still iffy on it
Had to make a call between a resin shed and a galvanized steel one for the backyard last spring. The plastic one looked nice in the store, all smooth and no rust worries, but the price tag was about $150 more for the same size. I went with the metal one figuring it'd be tougher against the weather we get here in Ohio. First few months were fine, but then I noticed some dings from hail that bent the panels a bit. On the plus side, it doesn't warp in the sun like my neighbor's plastic one does. But I'm worried about that galvanized coating starting to flake after a couple years. Anyone stuck with a metal shed that held up longer than 5 years or so?

Oh great, so you picked the one that turns into a dimpled golf ball in a hailstorm. Welcome to the club, I guess we're all just trading one kind of headache for another around here.
