Saw a dude in his garage using a pool noodle as a bumper for his workbench
Was walking my dog last spring and peeked into a neighbor's open garage where he had a pool noodle sliced lengthwise and taped to the edge of his workbench to stop his car door from dinging it. Has anyone else found random household stuff that works better than actual garage gear?

Sorry @the_terry, that noodle trick's actually brilliant - way cheaper than rubber bumpers and works just as good.

Wait, he taped a pool noodle to his bench to keep his car door from hitting it? Like he actually uses his garage as a parking spot and a workshop at the same time?
