Hit 50 birdhouse builds this spring, why did I keep count?
I just finished my 50th birdhouse in the backyard shed and I'm honestly surprised I made it that far without quitting. My wife keeps asking when I'll start selling them instead of stacking them under the workbench, so has anyone else hit a random number like this and realized they had a problem?

Ha, fifty is a lot of holes in a box, but I gotta ask, are they all actually good for birds? I noticed most folks just copy the same design from a kit and that can be a real problem. Different species need different entrance sizes, and if you don't match them, you're just making a wasp motel. Might be worth checking what's actually using them before you wonder about selling them.
