That wiring fault that took me 6 hours to find
Was chasing an intermittent comm dropout on a King Air last week. Turned out to be a single pin that wasn't fully seated in the backshell, hidden behind a bundle of other wires. Anyone else had a tiny issue like that eat up a whole shift?

A 6 hour hunt for a wiring fault sounds like a slow day to me honestly. I've had plenty of those where the fix was something obvious I overlooked because I was too focused on the complex stuff. Back in '05 on a 767 I spent two days chasing a nav light that kept flickering... turned out the bulb was just loose in the socket. Sometimes you just gotta step back and check the simple things first.

@wyatt_fox68 same here, finally found a ground wire that looked fine but wasn't.
