Update: I ditched paper job tickets for a whiteboard in the bay, and my comeback rate dropped by half
I ran paper tickets for 6 years at my place in Toledo. Then 4 months back I put a big whiteboard right in the bay and wrote every car's status where everyone could see it. Comebacks went from about 8 a month to 4, mostly because the lube tech catches stuff the writer never passes along. Anyone else run a board like this, or did you find something even better?
