Just clocked 20 years at the same shop in Dayton

Honestly, the owner handed me a little plaque today and I had to sit down for a minute. It felt like I just started yesterday, but I've seen everything from carburetors to these new electric drive units. Ngl, anyone else hit a big work anniversary and feel kinda old?

Tbh I don't get the "feel kinda old" thing. Hitting 20 years just means you're not a quitter, it's a sign you stuck with something when most people jump ship. That plaque proves you've got real skills that matter, not that you're some relic. Honestly, seeing all that change in the shop just shows you kept learning, that's the opposite of being old.
