My oil went from black sludge to honey in 2 weeks after I switched to high mileage oil
Two weeks back I checked my dipstick and the oil was so dark I could barely see the line. I grabbed a jug of high mileage oil at the parts store in Tulsa and figured why not try it, and now when I check it the oil is lighter and actually looks clean on the stick. Did switching oil types really make that much of a difference or am I just seeing what I want to see?
