Spent 5 hours chasing a blend on a silver Corolla and it was one dumb thing
Had a 2019 Corolla in silver hit in the left rear quarter, and I figured a quick blend would have it out the door by lunch on Friday. Five hours later I'm still chasing a flip in the metallic under the shop lights, and it turns out my base was going down too dry because the booth temp was running 78 degrees after the compressor swap earlier that morning. Anyone else get burned by booth temps messing with their metallic laydown, or am I the only one who forgets to check that gauge until the third mix?
