My child's comment on car colors made me see my work differently.
She said every car I bring home is either silver or black. It made me think about how common those colors are in repairs. What colors do you all repair most often?

Remember when cars came in wild colors... everything's so bland now.

Notice how even the "fun" colors now are just slightly brighter shades of gray or blue. Do you think it's because car makers are scared to take risks, or do people actually want boring cars? I miss seeing a bright green or purple car on the road, it made things interesting. Now it's just a sea of white, black, and silver, it's so dull.
