Just realized my seam sealer was failing because I was laying it on too thick
Switched to two thin passes with a 15 minute wait between them six months ago, and not a single crack has come back through on the seams since - anyone else deal with this same issue?

How thin are we talking... like barely a skim coat thin?

Thin like barely visible thin? Yeah, I went through that exact thing. I was piling it on heavy thinking more would hold better, but it just cracked all over the place. I do two super thin coats now, basically spread it with a plastic putty knife until you can almost see the fabric through it, then let it sit for 20 minutes instead of 15 (I'm impatient, but it works). It's way more flexible that way, and I haven't had a single re-crack in like eight months now. It feels wrong at first because you think you're not putting enough on, but it's the right move for sure.
