Best week I ever had was repairing a '67 Mustang that a dealer in Phoenix had already quoted $14k for
Customer brought it to me after the dealer admitted they'd never done a unibody pull before, what's the worst job you took over from someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing?

47% of collision shops flat out refuse unibody work in my area, so I'm calling BS on that dealer not knowing how to do a pull. Most of the time the quoted price just factored in the risk and they passed on it.

Right, because every dealer service department is just itching to turn down easy money, right? They love saying "we can't do that" while they stare at a car that's basically a new shape of Honda Accord. Maybe they should just teach a class on how to turn a simple pull into a five figure headache, could be a whole new revenue stream.
